I turned it in right away. Always wondered how a driver could lose their physical CDL. Now I know.

I was in rawlins and just bought ciggies and on my way to the truck I was tryna put my ID into my card holder wallet thing and dropped it ... yeah that thing went mock 20 into the field to the east (from the pay lane)before they had put the tire shop in.. I didnt even have time ti try and step on it before I watched it go flying so fast I lost sight of it.. yeah I wasn't tryna chase that..

Funny part is I got a level 2 like 3 days later.. the DOT was cool when I explained why I didn't have it and showed him a pic on my phone.. guess they do understand life just happens sometimes..
