Trouble flashing BIOS on new Gigabyte board

Motherboard is Gigabyte B860i, CPU is Intel 250K Plus. This is a new build I just completed, it is running extremely slow, BIOS it came with is from March 2025, so I suspect my CPU is not fully supported or something, So I want to update the BIOS.
I downloaded it from the Support page (latest version from April 27, 2026. It's a zip file. I extracted the contents which is a file called 'B860IAORUS PROICE.F10a' .
I restart and enter the BIOS and go to Q Flash. I search for the file I extracted, but when I select and try to use it, it says that it could not read the file.
Is there something I have to do like rename it? I'm not sure what to do here, I checked the manual, but no help. First time using a Gigabyte board.

USB file system should be formatted as FAT32. Verify correct BIOS version for your board. Gigabyte often does board revisions. Disable Secure Boot prior to updating it.

Ok thanks, using a USB drive and disabling secure boot did the trick. It is updating now. I thought I could read the BIOS file from anywhere on any connected disk since that's how I did it before on MSI and Asus boards.
