Not sure how tight or what issues would arise due to a warning on part picker.

my build is here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dhMPV4
and I get this warning:
When the PowerColor Red Devil E/OC Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB Video Card is used, the maximum depth for the Corsair 3500X ARGB ATX Mid Tower Case motherboard tray radiator mount is reduced to 70 mm.
I have never personally built a pc before, and so I don’t know how tight 70 mm is gonna be and how it will affect my build. thank you for any help you can provide me on this! As I’ve said before, this is gonna be my first build and something I will be working towards over the next year or so slowly, and so I want to make sure I have everything locked down before I start working towards it! (if you see any other tips based on the build parts I’d greatly appreciate any advice on that aspect as well!)

woops forgot about the original question. the liquid freezer iii pro has a thicker rad than most. it'll stick into the case further which could perhaps hit the gpu if the gpu is long, which wow it is

buying piecemeal isn't advised. save up then buy it. part recommendations change over time, and a year is long in the hardware space. if buying right now, i'd edit your list like this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Jt9xck
asrock boards have a voltage issue involving pbo/expo which kill x3d and 9000 series more. also that's a black board in your white build that's pretty expensive for what it offers. so a better quality and color board for a tad less or more. b850 strix A is too much comparatively and more silvery, and b850 aorus elite wifi7 ice is similarly priced but has all white.
assuming this is going to be a production machine due to the amount of ram and the dual ccd cpu. the nautilus cools a tad better for your multithreaded all-core full load compiling/rendering/encoding/etc, but do none of your programs use cuda...?
that gpu is super expensive, just get the lower model hellhound spectral for a whole lot less, or the top of the line xfx model for a little less than a whole lot less. that's 5070ti money.
if get amd gpu you can spend $0 for cachyos or pikaos or nobara, if you don't use adobe/similar or areweanticheatyet.com
nv3 is variable hardware dramless qlc. for less than the price of two of them you can get a top tier 4tb tlc dram gen4 or gen5. or get used 2tb tlc dram gen4 for about 200 each.
ram... you picked an excellent bin of dual rank hynix 16gigabit a-die, which isn't worth it unless you manually tune it to 8400 or so with tight timings and your fclock can do 2100, but you'll likely need to cover it up with fans to cool it, defeating the purpose of white rgb. there's kits for almost half the price that are white rgb hynix as well.
ehhhhh case but its the aesthetic you want. added matching rear fan. a 3 pack of the reverse blade versions to replace the stock ones work out to about 14 each if you wanted?
bad psu for the price, perhaps if it was just $90 or so, but its cables are black. better psu options for less. can undervolt the 9070xt to save like 80w.
if its a gaming pc and you just threw together all those parts thinking expensive is good then here's a much better bang/buck top of the line cpu/gpu while still being white: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/q3gYg3

It just means you'll have to mount the CPU cooler on the top. No issues.

Thank you so much!
