Drink lots of water but don't overdo it -- hyponatremia (what you get from drinking too much water) can kill you, and what's worse is that its symptoms are pretty much the same as the those of dehydration, so medics are likely to give you more water, which just makes it worse. Balance out the water with Gatorade and/or beer.
