Why would a Catalytic Converter be replaced twice in 3 months?

I’m looking at buying an old truck. After looking at the Carfax, there’s a note of the catalytic converter being replaced twice in a 3 months span. I have no reason why this would be the case. Would this be a serious red flag for y’all?
Thanks for the responses in advance
