Yes! My MIL can’t do heat, so I have to keep it mellow. But I did add cut up dill pickle and juice to it, so it gave it a tang. To my own I added some cut up jalapeno, and cayenne pepper .. it changed it quite a bit, but still tasted like a Big Mac.

I love macaroni salad..so yea I want the recipe. I have my own but I am always curious what others put in theirs. I hate hard boiled eggs though. That's my only deal breaker.

No eggs … I’m not a fan either. But it goes like this : Elbow pasta 1 pound cooked hamburger meat Cherry tomatoes cut in half Diced onion Shredded cheese Shredded lettuce Sweet pickle relish

This dish gets huge quick, so keep that in mind while you’re making it. Boil pasta, let cool. Cook hamburger meat, let cool. Start mixing both. Add tomato’s, onions, relish, cheese and lettuce. Make a sauce using mayo, creamy French onion dressing, ketchup, diced pickles with a bit of pickle juice. Garlic powder, onion powder, salt n peppa. Mix mix mix. Enjoy ❤️

Thank you. I will try that! I keep mine pretty simple usually. Elbows, tomato, onion, green pepper, shredded carrots, light mayo and seasonings. But I like trying new things!
