Great Value shells and cheese with a can of Armour Vienna Sausage. A dash of black pepper, mixed Italian seasonings, and red pepper flakes have really taken it over the top. Paired with the finest blue ribbon award winning pilsner.

a good hot sauce like secret aardvark would be preferred, but ketchup ya it does go on plenty of food, eggs, french toast are a couple others

Ketchup on scrambled eggs is something I do often. I'm intrigued by the french toast, though, that seems even more out there than mac n cheese. Is Canadian french toast more savory? I've only had semi-sweet french toast then add butter and maple syrup. Do you use maple syrup, too? Or just ketchup?

just bread dipped in eggs, with salt and pepper, struggle egg toast haha, sometimes I like maple syrup and french toast, sometimes with ketchup

That's what the red pepper is for. A little zip, but not overwhelming the tuna can taste of the Viennas.
