Front tire rotation

I'm having trouble after I replace the front tires tube. Whenever I tighten one side the opposite side also moves. But whenever one side is tightened the wheels rotation is restricted. What can I do

Missing a spacer, the safety washers are both upside down and do you even have a front brake caliper on there?
Visible_Style7148@reddit (OP)
Yes I'm aware no caliper. I just need it to be back on correctly until the caliper comes in
BuildBreakFix@reddit
Have you located the missing spacer?
Visible_Style7148@reddit (OP)
No I haven't found it. I have no idea what I did with it.

Great catch, didn't think to look for a caliper but now you mention it...
Forget the brake part of my advices, this is just wrong at this point
LexLex07@reddit
he has in-hub brake system (drum brakes), you can't install it in a different position than original one
alex_c2616@reddit
Put the washer the right way. There is a hole to fit the pointy part in. From the picture, they both are 180° off

Ok I got the washers in right position but still when I tighten the rotation of the wheel is restricted and it doesn't spin freely

Did you remove the nut completely while doing the repair? As in, could you have lost a spacer or something that should be on the inner side of the dropout?
Can you see if it's feel restricted from the axle part or moght it be the brakes that now rub?
Visible_Style7148@reddit (OP)
It's the brake that is rubbing. It makes a noise when rotated
ghostnova6661@reddit
Check your brake rotor isn't dinging off the caliper housing if it is loosen the whole caliper, so that only the brake pads can touch it
alex_c2616@reddit
Look the gap between the bearing and the dropout here, it looks good.
alex_c2616@reddit
This side it look way too close, like it's missing a big spacer
LexLex07@reddit
"This side it look way too close"
If it's too close, then disc brake won't work and will rub the caliper, for sure
my bet is - something is wrong with tightening the bearings (probably loose)

Time to check the manual, make sure you have spacers and washers in the r8ght order on the right sides.
alex_c2616@reddit
Then it should be pretty straightforward. Just make 100% sure you did put the wheel in properly (as fully seated, straight, no concerning whatever) then proceed to adjust the brakes. Here is an excellent video going trought all of it.

this washer is just to prevent accidental falling off to a wheel, lol
alex_c2616@reddit
Depend on the groove. It can sit wrong and misalogn the wheel too in some case. In any way, it should be oriented correctly.
LexLex07@reddit
visit local bike shop, ask them to properly tight front bearings, looks like they are somehow overtightening when you tighen outside nuts

On a side note I just got error code E3. Anyone happen to know what that is? Or are error codes specific to model?
alex_c2616@reddit
They usually aren't specific but providong the make/model is always good practice my friend
silenceispower26@reddit
Yes or you might bash your face on the street ..fix the safety washers position !
