What do americans feel about utah?

It's nothing like presented by people who don't actually know.  First, through the region, in bordering states as well, LDS are a majority.  That is changing, Utah has low tax rates and businesses relocate there constantly, with their workforces.  SLC, for example is maybe 1/3 LDS now, however, they have been there for 150 years and built everything, so they still have outsized political power from controlling the game in the beginning.  This doesn't really translate to anything super weird beyond liquor stores closing early and some strange rules around serving alcohol, which many counties across the nation also do.  I'm a Colorado raised secular weirdo that likes a good time and gays it up everywhere, I never felt I couldn't do that in Utah.  The worst thing I can say about it is that they are a bit prudish as a population, still better than Wyoming folks.
