Fast food drive thru on a conveyor belt.

Drive in to the queue, turn off your engine. The belt will move the cars along to speakers/windows and everyone saves some petrol.

This is a great idea!

Order as you're pulling up to the car wash like a drive through lane. Your food is prepared while your car is washed. Pick up your food on the other side in a clean car.

Better, you put an eating zone in between the exterior and interior cleaning parts, so you can make a mess inside and they clean it up for you.

Sitting drinking coffee while imagining some poor person handing people soaking wet paper bags of food in the rinse area or the drying area of the local Delta Sonic car wash.

You'll still need to have the engine running so that you can have ventilation - in summer the interior temperature of the car will spike up over 100F within 5 minutes of shutting off the A/C. They're basically greenhouses.

It would end up being more like a car-wash where you'd keep the car running in neutral and be dragged along...but at that point now you're just making a more complicated way to pull forward.
