i've never had chicken hearts but i've had duck hearts. they were grilled, hard and fasy over high heat. they were a little chewy, but not in a weird way. the only kinda bizarre part was the aorta. the actual walls were a bit chewier and you can feel the open space of the vein itself between your teeth.

depends on how you cook them, If they are lightly cooked, they tend to taste more like liver and are a bit chewy, on the other hand, if you pan fry them, they get really tender and crunchy on the outside, and get a flavour more like meat.

super yummy! I like them with lemon or a good Aji Criollo since they tend to be a bit oily.

One of my absolute favorites is Jerusalem mixed grill. A whole bunch of chicken hearts, livers, spleens, and some fatty lamb cuts all fried up with a ton of onions and garlic, with some light curry seasoning, all stuffed in a pita.

Anyway, this reminded me of that, but as a way more sad and miserable version.

TBH this is top bulking food for bodybuilding.

Depending where you live chicken hearts are way cheaper than breast.

With a simple marinade they can taste great, and are pretty easy to just airfry.
