70c idle for SSD controller vs 60s C while gaming

My CPU and GPU temps as well as my SSD temps are fine but my SSD Controller temp is at 70c while idle but it goes down to the 60s during gaming. That's because during gaming my fan starts spinning which causes the temp of my SSD controller to go down too.
With that info, should I always have my GPU fan on instead of sticking to the default cause by default my 5070ti PNY has 0 RPM when I'm below a certain amount aka idle and light gaming and the fan will only spin during demanding games.
It's either I keep it at default and let my SSD controller just stick with 70c on default or I change my fan curve to always have my fan speed up even while idling so that my SSD Controller isn't at 70c.
If I do enable my GPU fan always being on, how will this effect the wear and tear with the fans constantly moving? Cause I plan to have this PC for a long long time close to a decade if possible so the longeitivity is very important for me.

wear on fans isnt real like that is not a real issue anyone has ever had on anything except laptops and servers, worst case scenario you just... swap out the fan on the heatsink, itd be like a 30 cent part if that
with that gpu your ssd should have thermal pads and a heatsink on it so if it doesnt then do that first, also move it to a different slot to make sure its not motherboard doing something strange

If moving slots be careful not to move to a slower one.
The primary slot usually connects directly to the CPU at the maximum possible speed. Secondary slots often connect to the motherboard's chipset, which may route data through a slower pathway or share bandwidth with other parts of the PC (like SATA ports or other PCIe slots).

Get a heat sink for your ssd. Something easy that just sticks on where the thermal pad is also the adhesive. Ive seen tem as inespensive as 4 for $8 CANADIAN and wouldn't pay more than $15 fow one. Cheap, dead easy and will almost certainly provide enough cooling. No reason not to use one,

keep your gpu fan on all times?
buy additional ssd cooling is also good. they're cheap and very effective if you don't have mobo heatsink
