Renters Insurance

Hey everyone,
I’m about to take my pre-solo written and do my first solo flight. My current school requires $50,000 hull coverage for renter's insurance.
I am moving to a different state and will be finishing my PPL at a new school.
Instead of locking into a $600/year policy right now, does it make sense to just buy one month at $50k hull to get my solo done here, and then shop for a permanent yearly policy once I settle into the new school (in case their hull requirements are lower)?
Has anyone done this, or is $50k hull pretty much the standard for basic trainers everywhere anyway?
