Shortest Commercial 737 Flight Ever?

I was on a flight from LGA to MIA and the pilot “heard a bang” at takeoff
We diverted to JFK bc of the longer runways for the emergency
In the research I’ve don’t this is tied for the shortest ever commercial 737 flight between two airports
Every other case they would land where they took off from
Or the airports are further apart

I mean, it doesn’t really count because JFK was not the intended destination. And it’s hardly the first 737 to fly between those two airports.

Delta flew two Boeing 737 from LGA to JFK this past week. Delta (Endeavor) flew a CRJ from LGA to JFK also.

Not really. Airplanes are moved between ewr/lga/jfk daily. Sometimes planned. Sometimes not. Just never scheduled with customers other than a weird charter.
