PC freezes mid use, when turned off it doesn't turn back on unless ram sticks are reseated and cables are adjusted

Recently, a month or so ago, my PC started to freeze and im unsure what the cause is.
- A lot of times when im using the computer it will freeze mid session, when I turn the computer off and try to turn it back on, it won't start up.
- Taking Ram out and placing them back in their slots, as well as adjusting some of the cables helps temporarily but the issue persists

I'm betting it's something to do with your ram filling up maybe check your bios settings when you get a chance. If you can load into windows check your event viewer to see what happened.
