What does a wheel puller tool look like?

I needed to swap my wheels back to front, front to back.
I was able to do it on the passenger side.
The wheel that won't come off is the driver side back wheel.
I put anti rust oil on the back axel at the wheel hub.
With the back end jacked up, the nuts off, I sat on the ground and kicked at the tire and rim as it turns and I also banged with a rubber hammer on the rim.

I drove around in the parking garage with the nuts loose while jerk breaking.
After I did the sitting kicking and hitting with the rubber hammer while the back is jacked up.
The back wheel won't come off.

My car is in a parking garage so I don't want to use a blow torch and set it on fire inside a parking garage and be sued by everyone for causing a disaster.

I don't have a sledge hammer and wouldn't want to bend the wheel or break the bearings.

An apartment building friend says to use a wheel puller.
I looked on Amazon and all I see are wheel pullers for steering wheels and for bearings.
Can someone on askcarguys post a link to Amazon.ca that shows what kind of wheel puller I need to buy?
It is steel rims with lots of holes in a circular pattern that the tool can grip onto.

Or... I have a sissor jack, maybe I can use that as a wheel puller?
