First-Time e-biker

I found a new-to-me Beaumont Rev 2 e-bike, and I love it so much! I’ve been lurking on here for about a month collecting tips and tricks. I love adventuring around on the bike paths in our city (and my goal is to get a trailer hitch & bike rack so that the hubby & I can go adventuring further away) 🩵🚲👒🧺

I love your new ebike, stay safe and always look out cars because they never look for someone riding a ebike or motorcycle's, I have had a few close calls being run over in the past three years now, even with head lights on flashing people in cars still like pulling out in front of you, I think they should be teaching you when you get your learners permit to watch out for ebikes riders 🤔❤️🚲

great looking bike & accessories! my husband & i got retrospecs for our first ebikes as well (a couple fat tire ones) and a year & 1200 miles later we're pretty happy with that choice 😸

I love your bike setup so much, it’s so cute 🚲💕✨ my first e-bike is the Viribus bz1, and I’m 600+ miles in and ✨obsessed✨ running errands and exploring are so fun on a bike, I could never go back to traveling by car!

I feel like I'm a kid back in highschool, ripping around on my bike withy backpack on.

Which bike did you end up going with? I really love this Beaumont, but I definitely think that when it’s time to buy one new, I’ll be looking for one with some additional creature comforts (this one is exactly what I’d hoped for with a gently-used bike to see if I liked it), but next time I’d love to get a bike with shocks to make it a little bit smoother of a ride, and my older Beaumont model doesn’t have a way to track miles/speed. I’m hoping to love this one until the wheels fall off, and then splurge on a little more refined option (but I’m with you—I would love to keep my cute cottage color options, and I feel like so many ebikes don’t offer a ton of color choices)
