I play marvel rivals on my ps5 and i wanna switch to pc.
I wanna know what pc builds do people who play marvel here have and how much fps do they get with it and what do you recommend me buying
I wanna have atleast a constant 165 fps on 1080p.
I wanna play some aaa games too but i dont really care about the fps being more than 90 if the graphics are good.
I already have a 180hz 1080p monitor.
My budget is max $1.3k

You should clarify location but I will assume this is usd. If you have access to a microcenter, you should look at the 7500x3d and 7600x3d bundles as they are incredible value. Within that budget, I would try to aim for a 9060xt 16gb as a minimum which performs similarly to the ps5 pro but you have access to frame generation if you care about that. If you can fit a 5070/9070 within budget go for it otherwise a 9060xt 16gb is still great.
