For prime or reserved, yes. Many gated lots have what you are describing. You pay for 60+ gallons of fuel and validate your parking pass

TA and Petro in Ontario, Ca. charge $30 a night, whatever you buy goes towards price of parking, so a shower and meal takes care of that. And a nearby Pilot has no free parking at all, it's all prime parking now. It's gotten pretty bad

The pizza is decent if you get it fresh. Before I had a fridge and the ability to cook in my truck, I used to buy a whole pizza and eat it over the course of a few days.

I think their pizza is pretty fuckin alright for some gas station pizza. Over priced? Absolutely but it works in a pinch which seems to occur at least a couple times a week. Never been sick from it either.

Just a FYI. They have a list of truck numbers that paid for parking and if the lot fills up and somebody who paid shows up. You get a wake up call from the employees with a reminder that you didn't pay and that you need to find a new place to park.
