The first page isn't that concerning. Then I get to the examples on two and three, I'm actually pretty shaken.
That's 100x times worse than even during COVID for something like motor oil.
I understand not having a specific brand. I understand not having specialty products. But not even having a close relative to the viscosity and offering it as an acceptable option? That first scenario requires a dozen products to be missing.
Oh, and you're still waiting to be shipped the wrong thing.
