Microwaved the blue cheese a little too long and it turned into grey paste. Kirkland brand canned chicken breast and ritz savory onion crackers. A little bitter red wine to wash it down and it's a decent brunch.

I'm gonna go against the grain here and say this ain't too bad. There's a lot of places where I live that will serve you a steak with blue cheese sauce. It's cheese and cream, not just melted blue cheese, but it's still warm and it's fucking delicious.

I love bleu cheese, the funkier the better. I love it on a burger with a little melt to it, but I want that melt to happen in the privacy of the bun.
