I spent 23 years of my life studying emotions via a masters in Neuroscience, a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and decades of research.

This woman (yes, it's always a woman) will hear this, look me dead in the eye, and speak to me like she has the same knowledge of people and their feelings.

Maybe one in every fifty people I meet are like this.
