Korean Soups and Jjigaes

Hi! Does anyone have recommendations for good korean jjigae/stews/soups in Dallas? Preferably in Carrollton, but don't mind making the drive to further places. I'm looking for a reasonably priced, decent portioned budae jjigae (army stew) or kimchi jjigae. The closest that I've gotten to my taste is the soondubu at Cho Dang Village or the budae jjigae at Han Shim Pocha in Carrollton. Issue is, Cho Dang doesn't exactly have budae jjigae and Han Shim Pocha's price+portion is definitely suited for 2+ people and difficult to finish in one sitting with one person. Please help!!

Down here in Dallas’s Koreatown, DanSungSa in Dallas remains the only place I have found army stew in single vs family size portions. They also have a perfectly serviceable Kimchi jjigae, and a fun informal overall vibe.
My favorite place for stews used to be Seoul Garden but they were bought out with a full staff replacement and despite their insistence they were cooking the same recipes, the food was mid and now all the new five star reviews are padded with weird language naming their server at the beginning of every write up while their previously packed parking lot remains empty. Some day I’m going to figure out where the staff went and it’ll be my new top kimchi jjigae recommendation.

Ajummas in old koreatown has a single portion of budae jjigae, not sure if the ajummas in Carrollton has it but it’s pretty good here

Hanbat Shul Lung Tang off Royal is great. The staff is a bit cold and straightforward, but the food is great

There's this place in Koreatown that makes really good kimchi jjigae with perfect single portions - can't remember exact name but it's near the H Mart area and way cheaper than Han Shim Pocha.
