Moving on my own- advice

I’m fortunate my company will allow me to work my current position overseas- they will cover the work visa but expect me to coordinate the move and everything else on my own. This is daunting to me as I’ve only ever moved domestically (I’m from the US). I’m headed to South Korea but don’t speak the language. What would you recommend in this situation- should I find a company that can help with everything (or multiple companies for different services?). If anyone’s ever hacked it on their own, I’d be curious as well. I don’t want to have a difficult move but I also am unable to spend an exorbitant amount of money.
Thank you

If you've never made this kind of move before, it would probably best to hire someone to assist but no idea what the cost of such service might be. I've always had HR departments handling most of the work.
