Is my motherboard dead?

PC noob here. I recently bought a PC a few days ago off of Facebook marketplace (maybe my first mistake) and it ran super good for about 2 days and then I closed the game I was playing and immediately my monitor, keyboard, mouse and everything else plugged into usb ports lost all sort of signal. I haven’t been able to get any type of signal through the usb ports since then. The PC still runs the fans and the led lights for the GPU. The EZdebug light is on dram no matter what I do including booting up the PC with zero ram inside of it. The type C port can charge my phone and the other usb ports can charge my phone as well just won’t send signal to anything else I have it connected to. What do you guys think? I’ve tried connecting the JBAT1 metal prongs also and that didn’t do anything. I really appreciate your advice.

Hi GPU led means GPU fault. Pop it out. Try onboard video

What would be the steps to take out the GPU?
