I found this HeyBike on someone’s trash. I’m sure that it might not work, but I’m going to give it a try. My question is how do I get this battery off to replace the key cylinder?

If you can't get a key, get a locksmith or someone with picks to open it for you. I'm certain it's just a basic wafer lock, so it should be vulnerable to basic techniques like raking. At least then you can take it off the bike and replace the cylinder/lock.

1)Contact heybike with the lock number and get a key?
2) Hammer\jamb a screwdriver in there and turn one way or another hopefully not starting a runaway.
