Got my GPU. Unsure what else to do

I got a Radeon RX 9060 XT GPU. Where do I go now?
I got a Radeon RX 9060 CT Gaming OC 16G for a real good price. However, I’ve never built a pc before and don’t know what else to do. I’m completely unknowledgeable about any parts or the like. If anyone describes it like I’m stupid in the comments, that would be greatly appreciated. Still, figured I’d ask here first before deciding anything else.
I got several things I want:
\* Meant for gaming. Baldurs Gate and Resident Evil Requiem, for example
\* I want parts that I don’t need to replace/upgrade for at least a couple years minimum. So part longevity
\* Something budget friendly. 1.6k or below for optimal “in my budget”
\* The only other part (CPU) I was eyeing was either a Ryzen 7 7800X3D or the Ryzen 7 9700X. I have no clue the difference between them, just that the price for the 9700X is listed as lower (from what I found. I also don’t know how it compares to the Ryzen 5 7600X (which appears cheapest of the three)
\* she don’t gotta be pretty. She just gotta work
\* I don’t have a monitor planned for it yet. Just one part and an unpixelated dream

Do you want to build a PC? Why not just buy a prebuilt?

This is not overly helpful

Depends on the goal

Here ya go bud. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xspfPf
Right in your budget. She’ll work, and she’ll look pretty. You can switch out the case or anything else to your liking.

Would go to pcpartpicker or buildmeapc and just use the guide as a baseline guide and swap whatever fits your budget and needs.

For starters, make sure you get your graphics drivers from amd. Just download the software from their site
