Scratching/vibrating sound coming from my PC

I tried stopping all fans to see if the sounds was coming from one of them, but the sound continued. the sound is not present when my screen is on a microsoft edge tab, but every time I switch windows from a microsoft edge tab to a game like Fortnite, the sound starts. anyone know how to fix this or what is causing the sound?

How oid is your hard drive? If it's a disk based drive (rather than an SSD), it's possibly, maybe even likely, that it's on its last legs.

That sounds like coil whine coming from one of your components when under load, what GPU do you have and how loud is the sound?
