I got a Radeon RX 9060 XT GPU. Where do I go now?

I got a Radeon RX 9060 CT Gaming OC 16G for a real good price. However, I’ve never built a pc before and don’t know what else to do. I’m completely unknowledgeable about any parts or the like. If anyone describes it like I’m stupid in the comments, that would be greatly appreciated. Still, figured I’d ask here first before deciding anything else.
I got several things I want:
* Meant for gaming. Baldurs Gate and Resident Evil Requiem, for example
* I want parts that I don’t need to replace/upgrade for at least a couple years minimum. So part longevity
* Something budget friendly. 1.6k or below for optimal “in my budget”
* The only other part (CPU) I was eyeing was either a Ryzen 7 7800X3D or the Ryzen 7 9700X. I have no clue the difference between them, just that the price for the 9700X is listed as lower (from what I found. I also don’t know how it compares to the Ryzen 5 7600X (which appears cheapest of the three)
* she don’t gotta be pretty. She just gotta work
* I don’t have a monitor planned for it yet. Just one part and an unpixelated dream

Please make a post in /r/buildapcforme and someone can assist with picking out the parts for your build.

Thanks. I’ll repost this there (if they take reposts…)

Since you already have a GPU, your budget is quite enough for pretty much anything sensible, and all of the CPUs you mentioned are good choices, depending on how much you want to spend.
Here's a quick build, haven't really put much effort in it but it's a decent start. The case is pretty random, as that is mostly dependent on your taste.

Quick and dirty this will do ya.
You can downgrade to a 7800x3D to save some $$ but this would carry you 5-7years
