First Time Building PC. Help!

Thinking about building a PC mainly for video editing/audiovisual studies (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, etc.) but also for smooth gaming. How does this setup look?
• GPU: RTX 4070 Windforce OC 12GB
• CPU: Ryzen 7 7700 or 7800X3D
• RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000MHz
• Storage: 2TB NVMe SSD
• Motherboard: B650
• PSU: 750W Gold
• Good airflow case + solid CPU cooler
Looking for good performance, future-proofing, and smooth 1440p gaming + 4K editing. Any changes you’d make?

The 7800X3D would be the better CPU for both, similar to the 7700 for productivity but has a large boost in gaming performance, now you won't notice that much in extra fps with a 4070 but it will give you better 1% lows which helps with gameplay smoothness.
