Need help finding a UPS for my PC

Where I live, we get power outages and flickers pretty often, so I'm looking to get a UPS for my PC. I'd also like to plug my monitor (GS27QA) into it too.
I'm completely new to this stuff and don't really know where to start when it comes to finding a good UPS. Are there any models or specs I should be looking at?
My budget for a UPS is around $200-$250 CAD, but I can stretch it if needed.

If you live near a Costco they have a Cyberpower CST150UC for $220 CAD, that is rated for 900W. should be plenty for your needs.
I use two similar units from Costco/Cyberpower and both have been solid with no issues.

I use a cyberpower 1500va, it's around 230 USD so might be slightly more than your budget. It powers my pc and monitor. I use the non battery backup outlets for other things.
