Finally got the ebike, then broke it. Can I fix it?

So I recently got my letric xp4 about a week or 2 ago and last night I had broken the throttle by accident. I was riding on max speed and stopped at a redlight, also I was in a high gear, and when I was throttling I accidently pressed too hard and broke the plastic bit off. Is this repairable, I really dont like pedaling which is why I got this ebike so I could use the pedal assist with the throttle so I don't want to get rid of it.

Super glue? Maybe heat a couple of pins and press into the plastic to add some rigidity?
Otherwise, contact customer service and order a replacement.

No. Straight, cylindrical, metal inserts. Like if you unbent a paper clip, but a little thicker. You'd need at least two.

I own an XP4 and the throttle is super easy to fix. You should honestly get a warranty call in. Just tell them the throttle abruptly snapped off, which is true. The plastic shouldn’t snap off that easily.
You unscrew the busted throttle, and unplug it from the quick connect plug. Put the new throttle on. Screw it tight. Plug it back in. You’re good to go.
The plastic is ABS injection moulded, so superglue works on that type of plastic if, say, there’s a hairline fracture and you just need a solid bond back. But on a fully snapped-off piece, the bond will be brittle at best and just snap off again.
You have a warranty. Use it. It’s a simple fix with a simple hex key/Allen wrench.
