Novice Custom Build Advice

So I've been a laptop gamer for ages now and have finally decided to get a proper PC for myself that will hopefully have some more longevity. I am not comfortable doing the building myself, so I have opted to start by making a custom build at iBUYPOWER. Here is what I came up with, I am mostly hoping to get input on if anything seems somehow incompatible, has known issues or if there's a better choice for a particular part. My overall budget is 2.8k-ish and with the sales going on right now I can push it a bit. My priorities are performance / graphics quality, no risk of overheating and I'd rather it not be too loud. I will primarily be using it for gaming / streaming.

Order these https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LW2Xbp, take to some local pc store with good reviews, pay them to put it together for you. Miles better solution than buying anything from ibuyproblems.
If you dont plan on streaming on twitch but youtube instead then you can go for RX 9070 XT from XFX or Sapphire instead. Youtube supports AV1 and twitch only has in in beta and only certain people have access. Will save you \~200 bucks by swapping gpu to the 9070 XT.

Dude that SSD is daylight robbery. You can get decent 1tb drives hell even a gen 5 drive for less. Recommend you just use PCPartPicker and pay someone else to build it for you. I buy power is good now from what I've heard but goddamn the price
