Best way to transport a fully built PC: upright or on its side?

My new PC should be delivered today. It was assembled at a store because of their warranty policy. Said store is located one hour away from my hometown.
Question: what is the safest way to transport the PC?
It'll be inside the case's box, fully padded, and some guy will bring it here by car.
My question is if the PC should be sitting upright the whole time (either on the passenger's seat, secured by the seatbelt; or on the floor, behind the passenger's seat), or if it should be placed on its side, in the back, with the motherboard and all components facing up.
My build has two AIO coolers: one for the CPU and one for the GPU, so that's another concern.
Any suggestions are welcomed. Thank you!
