Is this a good PC for a ~1k price point?

So, I’m trying to build a PC for around 1k dollars , I’m in the US, and I’ve got almost no knowledge about building one. I’d like to play games, Something like Cyberpunk 2077, Red Dead redemption 2, and HOI4.
I’m fine on peripherals, but I’m not sure what I can improve for my build?
This is my build in PCPartPicker. Thanks for any help.

Ignore the CL30 RAM, it's not necessary, especially since you're already bogged down with single channel memory. Can get 2x8GB Gskill Flarex5 for $200.
