Monitor issues- No signal then power saving.

I just finished putting the computer together today. It's running, lights up and all that. The power button is flashing. But I can't tell what's going on, because the monitor doesn't connect to the computer- as the title says, it just says no signal and goes into power saving mode. It is connected to the gpu. I have a usb with windows 11 on it that should be working. But I am in a stalemate with the whole thing. I don't know how to fix this. What do I do?

I'm assuming this is over a decent bit of time? If it's a fresh build it will sometimes take a few moments on the first boot to do memory training.

If that's not the issue- I would re-seat the GPU, and ensure that if it has power cables they're plugged in sufficiently and to the right spot on the PSU.

If still no, pull your RAM and boot with 1 stick at a time.

Beyond that, you can try a different monitor/cors combo.

I tried it once, turned off the computer for like an hour then tried again and same thing. Do you mean to try a different cord? I had help with the build, so I'll see on sunday if I can get help again. Hopefully there's nothing wrong with the gpu! Yikes!
