I’ve been wanting to do FOF and was looking at a police trade in Glock 17T. I’m not finding any clear answer about them being legal for a civilian to own.

the worst i could possibly imagine is it being an aow, which is just a tax stamp. it's probably just a normal firearm though

Some places say it’s not a firearm due to it not being able to take a normal slide or be able to take normal ammo with the existing slide. That’s why I’m confused

They are legal to own. Ammo may be an issue
