Currently making $0.55 CPM doing more dedicated-style OTR. My average weekly pay is around $1,600 gross without including incentives/referrals/extra bonuses. I’m coming up on 3 years of experience next month and honestly starting to feel like I’ve outgrown my current setup.

I’m trying to find a company paying at least $0.70 CPM solo. Preferably W2, but I’m open to 1099 if the numbers actually make sense and freight stays consistent.

My goal is to consistently gross a little over $2k/week so I can net around $1,800-$1,900 after taxes/deductions. I’m only trying to run hard for about 3-4 months because I’m trying to stack around $20k in savings before taking some time off later this year.

I’m not looking for “advertised perfect weeks.” I’m looking for companies where drivers are ACTUALLY averaging solid pay consistently without having to rely on referral bonuses or random incentives to make the job worth it.

I’ve been looking at companies on sites like RPM and Lane Finder. I’ve also been researching Schiller and TRX out of Illinois. If anybody has firsthand experience with them or other solid companies, I’d appreciate honest feedback.

Main things I care about:
- higher CPM
- consistent freight
- decent support
- ability to take truck home preferred
- solo only unless the team pay is REALLY worth it

Would appreciate real driver insight, not recruiter talk.
