Yearly Maintenance and suggestions

Bike Maintenance is key to a bike's longevity. I have owned a few bikes, haha, and bought my very first ebike last year.
So it's time for the first year's maintenance.
Specialized Tero 4.0x
First Year
I have no idea how many miles. between 500 and 1000. Tahoe, Colorado, Kansas (yes, there are cool spots), Arizona, NM, Moab
-
Weekly chain lube, Muc-off liquid based dry weather lube
-
Cleaned gears and chain twice during the year
-
Fixed 3 flats
-
a few dings on the back wheel, don't ask. I'll replace soon enough.
-
Mix of fire roads, city, and light mostly flat BC trails
Here's what's on my list:
- Realign derailleur, clean gears/chain, relube system
- Taking wheels in for a balance (the only thing on this list I can't do at home)
- Clean, check, and readjust brakes
- Replace both tubes with new ones (I got a free pair of the current set, so I'll burn through those before upping them to a heavier type)
- Take out battery (I haven't removed it at all yet), clean bike
- Apply new grip mod
Do you folks do anything else on the yearly schedule? Even if it's specific to your bike, might be worth it, so when people search (ha) they'll find stuff!

Very thorough list.
I like to pull out the derailleur cable inner, clean and lube.
It always seem to always have some gunk close to the end of the outer cable.
