Is this set-up too powerful? My first PC for graphic design…

Hi! I'm trying to choose parts for my first PC build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/n2nbh9
I need it for: Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud) and some occasional gaming (e.g. Minecraft, Civilization V, The Binding of Isaac). I want to be able to have multiple Adobe programs open at the same time without seeing a drop in performance.
I'll install Windows 11 on it, but I plan on buying a second SSD some time in the future and installing Linux on it (probably Debian). I would love to use Linux as my main OS, but opening all the design programs in VM seems tedious.
My budget is around $1300 (5000 PLN) and I'm buying in Poland. Currently this set-up exceeds my budget by $250 because of RAM prices…
Is this build too powerful for what I need? Is it balanced? I've been thinking a lot about it, but it would be nice if someone could take a look before I spend so much money… I would be very grateful for advice!

Go down to a cheaper 7700 or X (whats cheaper) and change something to like this:\ https://www.morele.net/koszyk/\ To save money because you want to search for a nvidia gpu.
With your budget you probably only can afford a rtx 5050. Not the gpu but it works better for your work and gaming wise both almost have the same performance.
I would recommend to search for a used 3070 or a 3060 if you need more ram.

Thanks! Unfortunately the link doesn't work – the cart is empty. Could you send it some other way?
I know nvidia GPUs are probably a better decision, but at the same time they are the only ones without open-source drivers. Currently I double boot Linux on my laptop and my nvidia GPU causes some issues regardless of which drivers I use (proprietary or nouveau). It is also important for me from the ethical perspective, which is already pushed by needing to use Adobe products for work

Thank you so much, this seems like a far better deal :))

yeah but keep in mind the 7700 is a tray cpu so no warranty from the retailer. 7700x boxed cost about 200 zl more and also ive forgot the mainboard: SAPPHIRE B650M-E 1xHDMI 1.4 1xDP 1.2
price stays the same. i copied the cart price with the mainboard in it earlier.
so you either upgrade to the boxed 7700x for warranty or get a better mainboard with the remaining budget, or you just keep that ;)

Thanks, I'll think about upgrading to the box – the lower price of tray seems tempting, but you never know if you'll need the warranty…
