I've seen grocery stores hire contractors. Basically the local pressure washing guy going at it behind the store.

There better be gossip between the carts. Like who got to pushed by the rich pretty mom, or who had to be used to hold poopy diaper, or how Frank’s twisted wheel is doing. I bet there are stories.
