Growing up, the two circles would be used to make a tiny crustless grilled cheese - was our favorite part as kids! I still do it sometimes as an adult too.
This is a staple at my house.. not sure why this is considered shitty.. it’s just two usually over easy eggs and some toast.. did you cook it in butter? You even added chili flake..

Just ugly. I put mayo on the bread before frying. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili flake. I eat this every day.

Love alabama eggs. The middle parts are the best to fry up too.
