The riser cable that comes with your case is not ideal, since it's only pcie 3.0 and your motherboard and GPU are PCIE 5.0, so will likely not work without manually setting the mobo to pcie 3.0. This will impact your GPU's performance.
You need a quality pcie 5.0 riser cable.
Spend the extra money for a 9700X, it's not much more and a better CPU for a SFF build, since it has a 65 W TDP vs the 7700X's 105 W. It will run cooler and be less likely to thermal throttle.
9700X also offers around 10% more single threaded performance.
