Help with built pc

I got a built pc by my friend and factory reseted but when I turned it on the ram and the graphics card were popping a light so I took them out and back then it worked fine. But after i downloaded the nvidia app and drivers and the mai center and the afterburner and Fortnite then the PC started to be laggy and shut down after opening fortnite a bit, i just factory reseted it to start over. What should I do, is it hardware issue?
It has a 4070, i 13900kf, two 16gb ddr5ram tforce,msi z7pro motherboard, a cyber power sip, and I gotta check the PSU.

Install HWINFO64 and check CPU and GPU temps to make sure it's not overheating. Especially the 13900kf CPU can get pretty hot.
Check event viewer for any critical errors occurring when it shuts down.
I wouldn't recommend running msi center or afterburner unless you need it for a specific reason, they can cause issues like you're having, so leave them off for now at least.
Make sure you also have the latest bios updated on your motherboard.
