r/projectors seems more appropriate than r/sysadmin.

Even if it’s for business case I felt like that was more for consumers…

Still has nothing to do with r/sysadmin.

I get this weird rash on my balls every time I take a shower. Do you have any suggestions for what I should do about it or products I should use?
aguynamedbrand@reddit
Norton AntiVirus, wait that might be how you got the rash. LOL
Ssakaa@reddit
Oh, no, I think the rash came from hanging out with their competitor, John.

fine gatekeep away
aguynamedbrand@reddit
It has nothing to do with gatekeeping and everything to do with posting in the relevant sub.

We recently grabbed a ViewSonic LS740HD and it seems pretty good for our use.

4000-5000+ lumens if you don't want the images washed out in a bright room, or if you have to project further than expected.
Chances are you'll want a short-throw projector given the prevelence of small meeting rooms.
I have no direct experience with them, but the Epson PowerLite series is probably a good start.
You should be prepared to drop a good $2500-$3500 on it, and I would seriously consider looking at portable projection screens as well. You can't guarantee anything about a meeting destination's properties. Not every conference room has a clean blank wall, after all.

I got one of my users a nice optoma laser projectors and she’s complaining…. Smh 😒
