Getting a Ride1Up Roadster V3 Bike; I’m not sure if it’s reliable for UberEats/DoorDash deliveries.

I’m new to e-bikes considering that I have catered on a mechanical bike as my main source of income. But I been looking at the Ride1Up Roadster V3 as a substitute to my Cannondale Quick 4 bike (I’m not selling my mechanical bike yet, I still need it for fitness and gravel biking) and it looks nice for delivering. However, the battery life (46 mile on pedal assist according to their website) is probably not sufficient for a 6 hour or 8 hour delivery, especially not if I am forced to cycling more than two miles. The bike is best for improving on time rate and improving morale, but for long term or long distance runs, it might not be ideal.
So, if I buy this bike for delivery or commuting, which I most likely will, is it worth buying it? If not, what are the other options that I should consider? Hint: I’m not looking for a fat tire bike, I’m looking for an ebike that’s lightweight enough to carry and pedal on no battery energy.
Other hints: the Roadster V3 has a 360v battery, 500w motor; weights 40\~ pounds; and has 700x45c tires.

The problem is going to be range.

I been checking lighter e-bikes that are usable, even when pedaling without power, the Velotric T1 ST Plus is the one or it should be? And I would prefer that kind of bike because of its reliability compared to the other e-bikes of the same fashion - yes, you can pack it up on the bus to go home without having to use it. Also, even though I do want to reach that 8 hour shift, it’s not practical for me as a college student. So, a part-time shift would suffice.

Veloctric Tempo

That is a lightweight exercise e-bike. I own one. They did a lot of things to keep the weight down. It’s s not a work horse.

Yeah, tho I think it would be good to have a light weight bike in case you need to pedal your way out of work back home or to put it on a bus. The problem is the range, and the most that I can go with is a 70 mile range bike - which is what the Velotric T1 ST Plus has advertised. Plus, I don’t have much space in my household for a fat bike unless it’s a folding ebike, but folding e-bikes have its own disadvantages.

I’m seeing the Velotric T1 ST standard and Plus are on sale for Memorial Day, and it seems like they are really good e-bikes for long distance trips. So it might be worth the buck.

if it's going to be your main source of income, you'll want something like an aniioki
the normal recreation ones are not enough. full suspension, 1500 watt hours minimum.
If you want something that still mascarades as a bike, maybe wired

I would think you would want a full powered, large battery bike for delivery. The Roadster is closer to an exercise bike.
