[NFA] $99 .22LR Suppressor Preorder – FTW-Arms OG Founders Edition | 42/100 Remaining
Posted by FTW-Arms@reddit | gundeals | View on Reddit | 28 comments
We've got 42 Founders Edition FTW OG suppressors left from our first run of 100.
The FTW OG is our commercial evolution of the FTN concept, developed directly with the FTN team with affordability, durability, and compliance in mind.
Specs:
• $99 + $20 shipping to your local SOT
• Founder serial selection: FTW001–FTW100
• Founders Edition includes a 6-month warranty
• 4.6 oz
• 1.3" diameter
• 6.5" length
• Printed in annealed PPA-CF with aluminum blast chamber reinforcement and high-temp ceramic treatment
For lifespan: bolt actions should last essentially indefinitely. Normal semi-auto use should see many thousands of rounds. Pistols, short barrels, and heavy abuse accelerate wear.
Will it survive FRT use? Yes. Will it live forever doing that? Probably not.
Our goal was simple: make suppressors affordable enough that somebody can justify having a dedicated can on every .22 rather than moving one suppressor around between hosts.
Happy to answer questions.

I really wish most FFLs in SE MI near me didn't charge $120-$300 for NFA transfers for stuff you buy online. :(
ArmFun4566@reddit
Stop giving shitty fudds money.
Alivaronas@reddit
Yeah I’d probably buy one of these if I could walk into a store and buy it for $99+ tax.
But by the time I pay shipping and an NFA transfer fee, I might as well just buy an entry level aluminum can or something.
AllArmsLLC@reddit
Yeah, stuff this cheap is hard to sell because the cost is essentially the entire profit of some cans. But, event with that, it would probably still be cheaper to order through your dealer. I would add my transfer fee to whatever it cost me and sell it at that price.
AscendantJustice@reddit
I think these kind of cans only make sense with this direct sales model. After the distributor and LGS take their cuts, along with shipping costs, you're probably at $175-$200 and then why would someone choose this over an aluminum can?
ScuffAndy@reddit
A man can dream. If they made it that easy I'd be in trouble, Everything would have a can.
AllArmsLLC@reddit
Have them order it directly for you.
SomeRequirement6926@reddit
GTFO with those prices!
The most expensive by me charges $120... And surprisingly noone uses them for SOT/NFA stuff. 🤷♂️
They are only $25 for regular 4473's tho.
I'm paying $55 for my B&T that is on it's way to me, I'll have to drive a little over an hour to pick it up but that's fine with me since I'm picking up a .22 can from him at the same time.
He makes a version of the FTN design in house.
D_S_1988@reddit
That's incredibly gay. My local class III dealer charges $25 for NFA transfers.

The mods don't like it if y'all post the same thing two days in a row

Getchu some dealer flair
FTW-Arms@reddit (OP)
I've asked twice. If the kids check their inbox they will find a copy of the FFL
AllArmsLLC@reddit
Yo, /r/gundeals mods, can we get the man his flair?

Post a video on YouTube please

We have multiple videos on our x account. Link in bio, under the same name

Cool but unfortunatly transfer fees are very expensive for NFA items. If they ever get off the NFA I think this would be peak.
FlapperGasfire@reddit
I'd love to see them in a blister pack on the shelf at Walmart next to the Hoppe's #9
HandOnTheGlock@reddit
How many rounds have you actually put through one? Is there tests?
jtj5002@reddit
22 ftn will last until it's filled with lead.
FTW-Arms@reddit (OP)
Personally we've done 1500 rounds through one of the prototypes, and the bore scope shows minimal erosion. Video of 1000 rounds of that in a single session on our X.
This is a reinforced ftn5, and the ftn5 went through much more than that during its beta period.

Thanks for the info.

Cool idea but hard to justify even as cheap as it is. For an additional 75-100 you can get a steel surpressor that you know will hold up better and is rated for more cartridges. Still really cool to see where 3d printing is going.
