Need help with new pc build

Hi, first and foremost I must inform whoever is willing to help me that I am no tech savvy.
I would like to get an upgrade from my pre-build pc, to something that would last a while into the future. I am using my pc mostly for gaming. I am from EU and am aware that it's going to be a tough battle getting something for 1500-2000€ that uses rtx 5070 (preferred) and is made from scratch. I am also choosing between the Lian Li Vector V100 and Montech AIR 903 BASE ATX Mid Tower Case, but am open to any alternatives. So, to reiterate, I need cpu, gpu, motherboard, ram, case, storage, cooling.. all that jazz.
The more research I do, the more lost do I feel, so any help is greatly appreciated.
