Am5 upgrade or gpu upgrade ?

Currently my specs are-
i7 13 th gen
5070
16 gigs ddr4
750 psu
1440 240 hz monitor
I need suggestions with regard to whether i should do a AM5 upgrade or get a new gou next year while waiting for the ram prices to go low. If i do a am5 upgrade this year i think it will cost me 90 k with a good 20 k motherboard 50k for amd ryzen 9850x3d
20 k for ram and maybe a psu upgrade to 1000 w i dont usually play cpu intensive games mostly story mode but yeh sometimes marvel rivals and other mp. My use case is mostly gaming.

GPU upgrade goes father for gaming, but also, is there anything wrong with your current PC or not meeting your goals? Seems like a very solid PC.

I think ram is the only area I see that's worth upgrading other than that everything else legit seems fine

True man ddr5 ram would help a lot thats y the am5 upgrade has better 1 percent lows

The i7 13th gen is compatible with both ddr4 and ddr5 so you could save money by keeping the cpu And just getting a new motherboard and ram. If you want to still go for am5 then you can still do that though

My 1 percent lows and framtime graph kinda suck maybe cuz of ddr4

90k is a lot for an upgrade (I know this is most likely in rupees), if you think you aren't getting enough performance have a benchmark overlay and see where your issue is. My best guess is some more ram may help your situation more

Yeh i think my issue is ddr 4 which has bad 1 percent lows thats why i was thinking on an am5 upgrade

Ram generation doesn't really do much help with performance, what can help is a larger capacity of ram. If you upgrade to am5 and still get 16gb of ram you haven't solved your ram issue

Nothing, games do not ask a lot from the CPU so the i7 is more than enough for gaming. And the 3070 is getting more free FPS thanks to DLSS

Yehh true i might stick to it lets see
