Nothing shitty about this. Any bread can be used as a base, and those toppings look great. I used to use English muffins, and they were fantastic. I guess it does have a slight "struggle" factor, which makes it plausible here.

As a kid my parents would let us use the toaster oven. I'd get some Prego sauce & that awful powdered cheese & make a pizza toasties. Nowadays I use better cheese, but it's a quick fix when you really want pizza.
